Westport Expansion
Coastal modeling was carried out as part of the EIA requirements. Geotechnical Engineers responsible for the detailed design of the reclamation, revetment and ground improvement works for 340-hectare reclamation to be constructed in several phases over the next 15 to 20 years.
The natural ground conditions under the proposed reclamation are geotechnically challenging comprising soft marine and alluvial deposits to a depth in excess of 100 metres thick.
Shuqaiq IWPP, Saudi Arabia
Carried out design for the turnkey contract for all the marine works comprising a dolphin jetty for 100,000 dwt tanker, 1.2km long under sea intake culvert, discharge channel, jetties ash pond and temporary works. These works are part of the power station Shuqaiq IWPP that will be commissioned in 2010.

RLYC Breakwater
T&TK was the civil, structural and geotechnical engineers responsible for the detailed design of a 500 m long low-cost breakwater.  The breakwater was constructed in water between 6-8 m deep from pre-cast reinforced concrete piles.  The design of the breakwater is such that it can be constructed in several phases over the next 5 to 10 years as the yacht club finances allow.

Tioman Marina
Civil, structural and geotechnical engineers responsible for concept design, detailed design and construction supervision of a new marina and commercial development.  The marina will initially be constructed with berthing space for between 30 and 40 pleasure craft and the layout of the marina has been designed so that the number of berths can be easily expanded in the future.
Tioman Airport
T&TK were responsible for the development of concept and preliminary engineering designs for a new international airport. The new airport facility comprises a 1,450 m runway that can be extended in the future to an overall length of 2000 m.
Sepangar Bay Submarine Base
A comprehensive tender design was carried out which involved a jetty for two Scorpene submarines, shiplift, submarine hangar complex, administration facilities, ammunition bunkers, breakwater, and bridges.
Ranggani Resort
This resort development at the mouth of Sg Marang comprises of a 300 room hotel fronting a man made lagoon together with water and land villas along a 1 km long sand spit. The existing breakwater enables all year round water activities and provides an interesting feature to this beach resort.
Bayan Bay Marina
The marina using concrete floating pontoon is designed to cater for 250 berths with facilities for megayachts.
