Three Community Colleges at Alor Gajah, Kuala Langat and Jelebu with a total value of RM60m.The campuses are designed for various employment skill courses to accommodate approximately 700 students each.
TAR College
Built over 3-phases on 20-acres of difficult ground condition in Penang Island, this Campus accommodates over 3000 students when completed in November 2003 over three phases at a total cost of RM50m.
Institut Bahasa
A college development sited on steeply sloping land within University Malaya campus. Development costs were RM9 million with overall contract administration being led by JKR.
Albukhary International University
As addition to an existing campus to accommodate 3000 students in Alor Setar this project comprises of lecture theatres, faculty buildings, students accommodations and facilities.
Putrajaya International School
Design of International School for the Diplomatic Enclave in Putrajaya - accommodating 1150 students and staff - incorporating academic and sporting facilities such as gymnasium, halls, swimming pool, etc. (Construction cost of RM40 million)
USIM
A science faculty complex in an undulating land in Nilai.
Technical Schools
Expansion work for 3 technical schools in Sri Iskandar, Manjung and Tanjung Malim.
