Bukit Tagar Sanitary Landfill
Design and construction supervision of a large-scale sanitary landfill serving Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Covers an area of 25 ha, with a design capacity of 4 million cu.m in 12 sub-cells. Engineered by T&T Konsult to international standards, the landfill incorporates a state-of-the-art leachate collection and treatment system. The project won the IEM Outstanding Engineering Achievement Award 2008. |

Bukit Tagar Leachate Treatment Plant
This state of the art and the first leachate treatment plant in Malaysia is designed to cater for 1000 cu.m per day and increasing volume of leachate discharging from the Bukit Tagar Sanitary Landfill. Operating as a sequencing batch reactor, the system includes pre-denitrification, DAF plant, sludge thickener and reed beds to comply with DOE strict requirements on effluent quality. |

Bukit Tagar Irrigation System
This system comprises a holding pond, pumping system, header tank and sprinkler system and irrigates approximately 120 acres of land such that the evapotranspiration rate balances with the irrigation rate. |

Shuqaiq IWPP, Saudi Arabia.
The marine Civil works for this 800MW power and water plant was undertaken by T&T for design build contractor Zelan Construction. Constructing a 1.2km long undersea intake culvert and a dolphin jetty 7km off shore provide interesting challenges. Other works include ash pond, discharge channel and all temporary works such as dewatering, sheetpile, temporary jetties, etc. |

Selangor Turf Club
Earthworks and infrastructure works for the proposed Selangor Turf Club (300ha) set to incorporate 688 units of bungalow development. |

BASF Petrcohemical Complex.
This was a major undertaking in converting a peat swamp area to a high-grade building platform for petrochemical industry. Completed in 2001 after 2 years of close supervision to strict specification, the 300 acres site requires extensive earthworks with ground treatment. |

Monorail Alignment, Penang
Carried out feasibility alignment study and preliminary design of the purposed Monorail transit system for the Penang Island. The main line links Tanjung Bungah to Bayan Lepas Airport passing through the city center including Komtar and other commercial and residential areas for a length of 31 km with 26 stations. Study also include a spur line to Air Hitam (5km) and a connection to the mainland via tunnels (6km) to end at Butterworth town. |

Putrajaya Monorail
The Monorail transit system is the back bone of public transportation system in Putrajaya, the new Federal Government Administrative Centre. Services provided include the planning and detailed engineering design of dual Monorail alignment Line 1, comprising 13.5 km dual tracks and 18 stations. Services provided also included the planning and preliminary alignment design for monorail Line 2 which is about 7.2 km with 7 stations. |

Security Plant, Sungai Tinggi.
With a total development of 50 acres, T&TK was responsible for the design and construction of earthworks, building platform and access roads. |
