Securities Commission
A unique and visually pleasing building that provided many challenges in its structural design as a result of its complex geometry and use of both structural concrete and structural steel elements. The 5-level, 4 acre basement was constructed from the top down to shorten the construction time. Allowing both the sub-structure and super-structure to progress simultaneously. Construction cost: RM250 million.
Financial Services Resource Centre
An international class institutional training facilities museum/arts centre/conference facilities for Bank Negara Malaysia. The structural framings in this 1million sf building are very challenging due to the demanding layout. It consists of 5 floors above ground and 4 floors below ground level on a sloping site. Target completion : end 2008.
Cyberjaya Bomba
A turnkey project completed in 2004 at the cost of RM20m. Comprises of a Fire Station block and two blocks of apartments and 10 units of terrace houses and bungalows for the staff and families.
Data Centre.
Being a critical data centre in Cyberjaya, the building is designed to have high redundancy factors to cater for any eventualities.
PJC Complex
Design of headquarters facility for Perbadanan Putrajaya - it provides the focal point of the Core Island Boulevard and has a unique position and architectural design which is exemplified by a 60 m high stainless steel arch that forms a key point of the buildings facade. (Construction cost RM200 million).
