Financial Services Resource Centre
An international class institutional training facilities museum/arts centre/conference facilities for Bank Negara Malaysia. The structural framings in this 1million sf building are very challenging due to the demanding layout. It consists of 5 floors above ground and 4 floors below ground level on a sloping site. Target completion : end 2008.
Ericcsson, Cyberjaya
This building utilises column free structures and long cantilevers to combine elegance with functionality to achieve a state of the art solution to Ericsson’s requirements. The building was completed in 2002 at a cost of RM105 million.
Securities Commission, Kuala Lumpur.
A unique and visually pleasing building that provided many challenges in its structural design as a result of its complex geometry and use of both structural concrete and structural steel elements. The 5-level, 4 acre basement was constructed from the top down to shorten the construction time. This allowed both the sub-structure and super-structure to progress simultaneously. Construction cost: RM250 million.
UMNO Pekan
6 storey building for UMNO in the flood prone area of Pekan, Pahang. Completed in time for 2008 election.

Tower for TNB Headquarters
The 37 storey building purpose built for TNB new Headquarters at Bukit Pantai, Kuala Lumpur. Expected to be completed in 2010 at a cost of RM 280m.
Menara TSH
A 12-storey corporate office building located on a very constrained and steep site at Jalan Semantan.  The project was completed in 2006 at a cost of RM23 million and comprises 1 level of basement parking and 5 levels of split level elevated parking ramps.  
Bandar Wawasan
A RM600 million development in the heart of Kuala Lumpur providing a fully integrated development of office, hotel, condominium, plaza and theme park facilities. The 8 acre basement work was the biggest excavation in KL at the time. The challenge was in dealing with a river diversion through the middle of the site, and the foundation works on karstic limestone.
PJC Complex
Design of headquarters facility for Perbadanan Putrajaya - it provides the focal point of the Core Island Boulevard and has a unique position and architectural design which is exemplified by a 60 m high stainless steel arch that forms a key point of the buildings facade. (Construction cost RM200 million).
