Interflour, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
Independent Geotechnical assessment of a slope failure for an Australian flour company in Ho Chi Minh.
T&T was subsequently engaged to carry out remedial work by providing retaining wall along the soft riverbank using spun piles.

Platinum Plaza, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
The 4 million sf commercial development will become the largest Shopping Mall in Ho Chi Minh City when completed in 2012.
The subsequent phase of the development will incorporate four towers blocks of hotel, office and apartment.

Hospitals in Saudi Arabia.
The two hospitals at Al Leith and Al Mekhwah will each provide 100 bed facilities for these rural areas of Jeddah South.
Shuqaiq IWPP, Saudi Arabia.
The marine Civil works for this 800MW power and water plant was undertaken by T&T for design build contractor Zelan Construction. Constructing a 1.2km long undersea intake culvert and a dolphin jetty 7km off shore provide interesting challenges. Other works include ash pond, discharge channel and all temporary works such as dewatering, sheetpile, temporary jetties, etc.


Nam Cheong Station, Hong Kong
T&T were responsible for all geotechnical aspects of the alternative design for the underground station that was constructed under and around live railway lines without disruption. The HK$2.2billion station was completed in 2003 and the extremely challenging geotechnical work received high commendation from the British Construction Industry Awards 2004.
West Rail, Hong Kong.
T&T were involved in the foundation design of this ten kilometres of elevated railway viaducts. The foundations were constructed in varied and complex geological conditions and designed to carry significant lateral and vertical loads utilising large diameter end bearing bored piles, bored soil & rock friction piles and pre-bored H-piles..

Saigon Metropolitan Tower, Vietnam
Situated at the corner of Nguyen Du and Dong Khoi Streets, the 16-storey Saigon Metropolitan Tower is arguably Vietnam’s most beautiful office tower. The building contains a four-storey office podium and ground floor retail space, two levels of underground parking, and offer 29,000 square metres of prime office space.

The building structure consists of a 15 metre deep diaphragm wall with a two metre thick raft slab, conventional reinforced concrete slabs for the basement to level one, and combination post tensioned beam and reinforced concrete slabs for levels two to 16.

Feasibility Study and Preliminary alignment design for a 39km monorail line from LiangXiang to Beijing.
KCRC West Rail Hong Kong, Kam Tin To Tin Shin Wai
Detailed design and construction supervision for alternative construction approach. Involved alignment design, viaducts and at-grade sections, and all foundation works.
KCRC West Rail Hong Kong, Tin Shui Wai to Tuan Mun North
Detailed design and construction supervision for alternative construction approach. Involved alignment design, viaducts and at grade sections and foundation works.
KCRC West Rail, Nam Cheong Station
Detailed design of Nam Cheong Station to cater for underground and at grade rail alignments with elevated highway structures above. The stations cover four levels with two levels below ground. Design had to allow for existing road viaducts and rail alignments to be maintained whilst new rail alignments were constructed below and station structures were built. This is the largest station within the West Rail System and provides for integrated commercial and retail outlets.

This 400 bed hospital and step down facilities complements the existing 5 acre spa to provide another attraction in the booming health tourism of Thailand.
