Bidara Apartment
An 18-storey luxury condominium in Kuala Lumpur’s ‘golden triangle’. Built on a site constrained by adjacent developments. The top-down construction presented a technical challenge. The 5-storey basement was completed in 2004 without adversely affecting the surrounding buildings.
Impian Bukit Tunku
30 Units of Bungalows with values up to RM5M each. Hand-dug caissons were required due to the construction on steep slopes. Completed in 2007. T&T were responsible for the structural design and geotechnical works.
Private Residences
A no of luxurious detached houses had been completed for various private owners in and around Kuala Lumpur where T&T was involved in all Civil, Structural and Geotechnical works.

Two blocks of 25 storey apartments in Taman Desa for a Turnkey Contractor.
Sg Kapar Indah
Over 600 units of double storey terrace houses founded on soft peaty ground using bakau piling.
Cyberjaya Bomba
A turnkey project completed in 2004 at the cost of RM20m. Comprises of a Fire Station block and two blocks of apartments and 10 units of terrace houses and bungalows for the staff and families.
Green Homestead
This luxurious 6-units of homesteads were designed to blend in with the gently undulating terrain of Kenny Hill, Kuala Lumpur. The semi-subterranean concept of this design requires innovative civil engineering solutions in dealing with waterproofing, drainage system, sewerage system and earth retaining structures.
