With over thirty seven years experience in engineering consultancy, Ir. Faisol Hussain oversees the firm's civil and structural department on a wide range of projects. A graduate of the University of Canterbury he worked in Wellington and London before setting up T&T Konsult in 1991.
Leading a strong team of capable engineers and technicians, Faisol has under his belt several high profile and challenging jobs such as the Securities Commission Building, Sasana Kijang for Bank Negara Malaysia, Shuqaiq IWPP marine works in Saudi Arabia, KL Monorail Stations, National Institute of Health in Setia Alam and currently a number of road and highway projects.

Managing the practice and steering its geotechnical department is Ir. Steven Yong, an industry veteran of more than four decades. Also a graduate from the University of Canterbury, he worked in New Zealand and Taiwan before returning to Malaysia in 1990.
With working experience in many parts of Asia including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, as well as in the Middle East, he has lent considerable input in geotechnical engineering on projects that include Bukit Tagar Sanitary Landfill, LRT II Cut and Cover Tunnels Project, BASF- Petronas Project, Tioman Island Marina, Selangor Turf Club and Westport Container Wharf Expansion.
Ir. NOR AZNIZA ISHAK

With 23 years experience in various infrastructurejobs, Ir Nor Azniza heads the practice's civil engineering department. Trained in MXROAD software, she has designed and implemented several major infrastructure projects including KTMB Electrified Double Tracks, East-West Highway, Penang Outer Ring Road, KB-Kuala Krai Highway, Khanewal to Lodhran and Wazirabad to Kotsawar Highway-Pakistan, Cyberjaya Road Network, Penang Second Bridge Crossing, KL LRT Extension for Ampang and Kelana Jaya Line, Pan Borneo Highway and several highway interchanges for PLUS.
She currently manages a number of infrastructure works including Central Spine Road and several rural roads.
Ir. AMIR KAMAROL HEDZREE KAMARUDIN

Ir. Amir Kamarol Hedzree has over 22 years of experience dealing with a wide range of Clientele varying from various government departments to private sectors in various types of projects such as high rise buildings, shopping malls, highways, bridges, railways and township developments.
In addition to managing projects, Amir is also well verse with submission procedures to local authorities and service providers. To date, he has successfully completed projects in various states within Malaysia including Selangor, Johor, Melaka, Kuala Lumpur, Pahang and Sabah.
Some of the recent major projects that he has been directly involved with include the Klang Valley MRT, Central Spine Road, Port of Tanjung Pelepas, Medini Condominium and Imago Mall, Setia City Mall and Pan Borneo Highway Sabah
AZAM SYARIFF BIN ZAHAR

Heading the firm's geotechnical department is Azam Syariff bin Zahar, whose 21 years of experience in this field encompasses pre-feasibility studies through to detailed engineering, on-site construction supervision, quality assurance, overall project coordination, and other services.
He has applied his skills to projects both in Malaysia and abroad, and has been involved on recent major projects such as the Klang Valley MRT, Double Track Railway, Central Spine Road, Hydrocarbon Storage Facility in Tanjung Bin, Land Reclamation and Ground Improvement Works for Westport, Port of Tanjung Pelepas, and National Institute of Health.
