ANNOUNCEMENT OF COMPANY MERGER
We are excited to announce the successful completion of merger between T&T Konsult (T&T) and Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (“GISI”). Following this merger, T&T will be rebranded as Asia Infrastructure Solutions (AIS), an operating brand of GISI.
There will be no change in the day-to-day operation of the business under the management of Dato’ Ir Steven Yong and Ir. Faisol Hussain in their respective roles as Managing Director and Executive Director of the company.
